Cardero Resources (Canada) to complete acquisition of Carbon Creek coal project

Canada.s mining company Cardero Resources has come to an agreement with Carbon Creek Partnership (CCP) tocomplete acquisition of the Carbon Creek coal project (British Columbia state). The investments will amount to $5 mln.Currently, Cardero Resources owns a 75% stake in the asset, while the rest 25% belong to CCP. The company willreceive the last four licences (12 licences in total) for the project within January-March 2013. Besides, the producerplans to finish the final feasibility study for the asset this year.
