Mathematical modeling of the electron beam formatting systems on the basis of field emission cathodes with various shapes

In the present paper we solve some problems of field emission cathodes mathematical modeling and the electron guns for vacuum electronics. The supposed shape of the field emission cathode was either "sphere-on-cone" or "sphere-on-spindle" (as a cathode) on the sphere substrate and the spherical segment (as an anode).
