Russia.s Mechel signs fixed-schedule coal route agreement with Russian Railways

Russia.s Mechel has signed an agreement with Russian railways that involves organization of cargo train traffic byspecific routes with fixed arrival and departure times. The document will remain effective from April 1 till December 312015. The agreement will regulate movement of trains on routes from Yakutugol and Southern Kuzbass to Posyet andVanino ports.
