General value creation model of forest land consolidation

This article continues the contribution ?Wertsch?pfung durch Waldflurbereinigung? (Value Creation through forest land consolidation) by the same author in issue 2/2013 of this journal. It generalizes the derived value approaches to forest land consolidation, which are designed for the conditions of Rhineland-Palatinate. Thus it can also be used for different situations forestry and physical conditions in all provinces. The comparison of the results of three Rhineland-Palatinate forest land consolidation process added value to the process and execution costs resulted in an average benefit-cost ratio of 6:1 and the creation of a labor equivalent of 24 employees annually. In order to apply to the value-added model to forest land consolidation process with different initial situation, it is designed variable parameters. It is proposed for each of the 32 value approaches either a constant value, a selection of stepped input variables or the use of process intrinsic data.
