The boundaries, which are called accepted boundaries according to the land register of North Rhine-Westphalia, are characterized by the fact that they have definitely and reliably surveyed and recognized by the owners. With regard to the state North Rhine-Westphalia and the cadastral administration, the recognitions of boundaries are described in their development of legislation. The differences of the recognitions between the original survey and the following title surveys and cadastral surveys are shown.
