One new species and one new combination of the genus Neocyrtopsis Liu & Zhang, 2007 (Orthoptera: Meconematinae) from Emeishan, China

The paper describes one new species, i.e. Neocyrtopsis (Neocyrtopsis) emeishanensis Shi sp. nov., transfers Phlugiolopsis platycata Shi & Zheng, 1994 to the genus Neocyrtopsis and redescribes the species. The genus Neocyrtopsis Liu & Zhang was established by Liu and Zhang in 2007 as a subgenus of Cyrtopsis Bey-Bienko, 1962. Wang, Liu, Li & Fang (2012) elevated it to generic status, type species Neocyrtopsis variabilis (Hsia & Liu, 1993), and described one new species, i.e. Neocyrtopsis fallax Wang &Liu, 2012. Wang, Liu & Li (2013) revised Neocyrtopsis, erected one new subgenus and transferred two known species to the genus Neocyrtopsis (Paraneocyrtopsis) Wang, Liu & Li. These are Neocyrtopsis (Paraneocyrtopsis) yachowensis (Tinkham, 1944) and Neocyrtopsis (Paraneocyrtopsis) bilobata (Liu, Zhou & Bi, 2008). It seems that Acosmetura platycata (Shi & Zheng, 1994) likely belongs to the genus, but lacking specimens, they cannot confirm this. So far, the genus Neocyrtopsis deals with 4 species, which are distributed in China.
