International Flavors & Fragrances Inc.(IFF) announced plans for a new European creative center for fine fragrances and toiletries in Paris.The 5000 square meter facility is based in Neuilly Sur Seine.The facility will be the first major fragrance house in Paris to unite both fine fragrances and toiletries in one powerful unit,IFF executives said.The new facility will be leased and the company's existing facilities in Bois Colombes have been sold.Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
