Consider water reuse options for your facility

Due to more stringent environmental regulations and higher costs for freshwater and wastewater treatment, the PETRONAS organization embarked on several initiatives to conserve water and reduce wastewater generation throughout its processing plants. Of these initiatives, water reuse, regeneration and recycling (water 3Rs) were identified as the most promising approach. Major drivers for water conservation include stricter environmental regulations coupled with the rising costs for wastewater treatment.
