Because flexible piping connectors have their place in industry,many articles in books and trade journals dealing with equipment subjects describe available connector configurations.One of many options described in the literature is shown in Fig.1.Note the flexible connectors attached to the suction and discharge nozzles of this ANSI pump in a petrochemical facility.
