There is a "renewed need to react" to supplying global demand when worldwide economies pick up, said Jesus Reyes Heroles, director general of Pemex. He presented his views at the CERAWeek conference, held recently in Houston. Pemex is committed to increasing Mexico's refining capacity and avoiding engaging in "stop and go" behavior on project investments.
