Lukoil recently offered an outlook on the long-term prospects for the global hydrocarbon processing industry. The outlooks objective is to analyze trends that will (in Lukoil's view) determine the future of global oil and gas markets. A key component is an analysis of the current problems of Russia's oil and gas industry in the context of the main trends of global oil and gas market development.
