As mentioned in the October issue of Hydrocarbon Processing) the nominees for the 2015 Top Project awards are out. This year, Hydrocarbon Processing focused on only major refining and petrochemical projects presently under construction. These 11 projects (TABLE 1) span the globe and represent over $77 B in total capital expenditures. Their impacts demonstrate the highest in processing and/or construction innovation.
