摘要

One of the essential requirements of PSA is to describe significant contributions to risk and propose mitigating factors in quantitative terms.A significant number of PSA's conducted for nuclear power plants in the UK,the US and Europe have illustrated that the human individual(s)interacting with the technical systems by no means play a minor role in these risks.A specific quote from Strater(2000)indicates that in the German Risk Studies human factors can contribute up to 70% of the technical systems reliability(DRS-B,1990).
