USA:Conoco Mistubishi join forces

ConocoPhillips has entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding with a unit of Japan's Mitsubishi Corp to jointly develop a LNG import terminal on the US west coast. Houston based ConocoPhillips,the largest oil refiner in the US said it would work with Sound Energy Solutions(a wholly owned unit of Mitsubishi)on the proposed project in California.
