Awards Biography of Joseph Priestley Receives First Neville Prize

Robert E.Schofield's The Enlightened Joseph Priestley(Penn State,2004)has been selected as the inaugural title to receive CHF's Roy G.Neville Prize in Bibliography or Biography.Schofield is professor emeritus of history at Iowa State University.The prize is named for and supported by Roy G.Neville,the distinguished bibliographer and bibliophile(see pp.22-23).Established in 2006,the award will be presented annually to recognize an outstanding monograph contributing to our knowledge of the chemical and molecular sciences.
