摘要

The genetic diversity of 61 Fragaria chiloensis genotypes was determined using enzyme (glucose phosphate isomerase, cytosol aminopeptidase and phosphoglucomutase) polymorphism and amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) analysis. A low level of diversity was observed using enzyme polymorphism analysis. On the other hand, 37 polymorphic fragments were recorded using AFLP analysis, with most of the materials tested clustering with 90% similarity..
