Litvinov. Czech Republic: Czech chemical company Unipetrol is planning.to upgrade and expand its polyethylene production capacity by constructing a new 300,000 tpa Polyethylene (PE) plant at its Litvinov site, in the Czech Republic. The proprosed facility would be the third PE plant at Litvinov and is scheduled to replace Unipetrol's outdated 120,000 tpa plant built in around 1976.
