摘要

Statistical study of grooves wear resistance of the roughing stand of the section mill D800 at rolling of crane rails KR100 has been carried out. Wear of each groove at rolling of KR100 has been investigated using software package Forge3~R. It has been established that the least wear resistant groove is the fourth. The influence of factors of rolling on change in wear of rolls in the fourth groove at rolling KR100 has been investigated. Diagrams of dependences of wear around the perimeter of the groove have been presented.
