The range of application CC charge for forging wastested. Numerical calculations were carried out for forgingdeformed during piercing and extrusion. Mechanical and plasticproperties in axial section of forging were analysed. It was foundthat axial determined deformation intensity can be defined as anindex of minimal degree of processing ensuring adequate level ofmechanical properties of forgings.
