Venture capital-finnacial source of enterprise activity

摘要

General presentation of financial source of enterprise activity determined as venture capital. It was shown that this instrument is used in the main for small innovative enterprises in early expansion phase and also in case of later development and managing acquisition. The risk of contractors connected with this financial method has been also described. Prospects for this financial instrument in Poland have been also discussed.
