Detailed microstructure characteristic of monocrystalline nickel superalloys CM186SC in cast state and CNSX-4 after heat treatment assigned for blades of gas turbines is presented. Investigations have shown microstructure diversification of both alloys. Heat treatment of CMSX-4 alloy allows microstructure homogenization. Average quantity D, volume fraction V_v and particle shape factor of strengthening phase gamma' were determined. Chemical constitution of matrix gamma and precipitations of phase gamma' were defined.
