摘要

In a recent article in the December 2009 issue of Hospital Pharmacy,1 the author discussed glycemic control during critical illness. This is a problem that our institution has struggled with over the past several years. For the sake of other clinicians who are dealing with the same issues, I would like to share our experience with computerized software (EndoTool) that has helped us manage patients' blood glucose levels in the intensive care unit (ICU).
