摘要

At the last years basic research in Chair of Extraction andRecycling of Metals of Techincal University of Czestochowa for needs offorming new steelmaking technologies was carried out. On the field oftheoretical investigations several models concerning the liquid slag - metalthermodynamic and kinetic effects have been elaborated. The computerprogram system was realized which enables simulation of nitriding andrefining processes of liquid steel according to the changeable technologicalconditions. The laboratory investigations were realized under elevatedpressure both in plasma reactor with ceramic ruicible and in the hyperbaricmelting vessels. These investigations concerned of the refining processes andreducing dephosphorization and establishing of the nitrogen saturation statesin different alloy steels. The investigation results were used to estimation ofvalue of characteristic factors which are basis of elaborated data base.
