OVL,Rosneft to acquire oil co in Russia

ONGC Videsh and Rosneft of Russia are close to acquiring an existing oil producing company in Russia. Apart,Rosneft has indicated that it would invite OVL to participate in the Kurmangazy project (a Russo-Kazakh joint venture) soon after the exploration phase.
