摘要

The carbon dioxide emission from the burning of fossil fuels in automobiles and power plants has already become a global environmental problem. United States alone releases approximately 20 metric tons of carbon dioxide per capita into the atmosphere annually. Carbon dioxide emissions contribute to global warming, sea level rise, and an irreversible increase in the acidity levels of the oceans with undesirable impact on the environment. One of the solutions to this problem can be using hydrogen as a fuel natural polymers are usually soluble in aqueous and polar mediums, synthetic polymers are not. The resulting inhomogeneity invariably leads to poor blends of composite nanofibers that have weak mechanical strength and non-controllable material properties.
