Following the 1st International Conference on Public Private Partnership for Disaster Management 2007,the llnd International Disaster Management Conference,2008 was organized in the auspices of the National Disaster Management Authority India,(NDMA) by Responsenet An Aidmatrix Initiative.Aptly titled "Operationalising Public Private Partnership for Disaster Management:Towards Resilient & Sustainability Goals",the conference was held on 16th & 17th April at New Delhi.
