摘要

Volatile organic compounds (VOCs),one of the major air pollutants are organic hydrocarbons like phenol,benzene,toluene,xylene,acetone,etc,that can volatilize to form an organic vapour in air.EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) has published emission standards for major criteria pollutants,which are the most hazardous to human health,VOC is one of them and hence they should be removed from air.
