Erica Wanless

Erica Wanless graduated with a BSc with first class honours in chemistry from ANU in 1990. She continued at ANU in the Research School of Physical Sciences and Engineering, graduating with her PhD in surface science in 1995, guided by the supervision of Hugo Christenson. Subsequendy she completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship with William Ducker at the University of Otago. In late 1996, she took up an associate lectureship in chemistry at the University of Newcastle. At Newcasde she has been promoted through the ranks, most recendy to associate professor in 2007.
