In November 2010, the NTC asked for feedback on the implementation of the Australian Dangerous Goods Code :7th Edition (ADG 7), on whether you or your organisation has been affected by inconsistencies in implementation and administration in state and territory law, and any concerns regarding the regulatory outcomes of the implementation of ADG 7, or the legislation by which it was implemented. We need to urgently consider how weto prepare ADG 8 because Australia will be fully out of sync with the IMDG Code by January 2012.
