Basing on social network analysis to study business process reengineering

摘要

With the change of business environment, business process reengineering has been an important tool for organization to improve competitive advantage. This paper makes use of social scientific knowledge and bases on social network analysis (SNA) to work over configurable efficiency for business process reengineering. Organization is regard as the network where units or actor are as nodes and relations are as the connectors between nodes. According to some measuring indexes of SNA, characteristics of each actor's exchanging activities affected by the structure are shown obviously. As a new approach, it has great value to study business process reengineering.
