摘要

Railway signal system requires the high level of safety in order to safeguard safe operation of the train and people's lives, so the risk analysis of railway signal system counts for much. However, due to the incomplete of the risk data, it is often impossible to obtain a satisfactory result. This article presents a comprehensive study in the risk analysis model of railway signal system on safety risks. In this methodology, evidential reasoning is employed to synthesizing the experts' opinions thus produced to determine the relative importance of the risk contributions. This allows uncertain information in the risk analysis process. Then, weighted and risk factor values are converted to the matrixes represented in numerical features via the cloud model. Finally, the risk level is obtained by using the weighted average integrated function. Also, a practical case study on risk analysis of computer interlocking system is presented to demonstrate the application of the proposed risk analysis, and the result shows that the method is not only suitable for risk analysis method, but also is able to find out the weak links in railway signal system. What is more, it provides a new foundation for the risk analysis of railway signal system.
