Nuclear weapon monitoring -a noble approach

On 9 October 2006,the Democratic Peoples' Republic of Korea (DPRK) detonated a nuclear device.In doing so,the DPRK became the eighth nation -and the first in the 21st century - to test.Since the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings,nuclear weapons have been detonated on over 2000 occasions for testing and demonstration purposes.The only other countries known to have detonated such weapons are the USA,Soviet Union,United Kingdom,France,People's Republic of China,India and Pakistan.
