Melody "Mel" was looking for a good low cost starter greenhouse for her Middletown, PA property. Her husband, Roy's first step was to contact the local township to see if a small greenhouse structure was within the building codes in the development. Roy had to keep the foundation 5 foot from the rear and side property line. "Green Space" requirements required that no concrete slab could be used to set the greenhouse on that affected any possible future construction. All properties must have a certainsquare footage reserved for water drainage.
