OOPS! Invasive Species!

Lots of people grow Spiderwort (Tradescantia) in perennial borders, where I'm sure, they have noticed its proclivity to multiply and spread. The pink-flowered variety is almost unstoppable, the blue a bit more controlled, and the white quite ladylike.Over the years, I have managed to kill off the invading "pink," which I planted in all innocence, but the blue is so pretty that I have ignored it's trespass into the perennial border (where other "invasive plants" — like Myrtle— keep it in check), but I have allowed it to roam in the rock garden and around the garden shed. Now it has also taken up residence in the vegetable garden path, where it is beautiful, but has to be chopped out of the raised beds.
