摘要

Sulphur deficiency and consequent crop response, particularly in oil seed crop, are quit ostensible. It is quit clear that sulphur plays an important and specific role in oil seed crop, in fact it is required in the formation of S containing aminoacids. It is also associated with synthesis of vitamins. The direct source of sulphur is elemental sulphur powder which is not only costly but unavailable in India also. The locally available material gypsum and pyrite are being abundantly excavated in the state of Rajasthan. Hence with this approach the present investigation was under taken.
