Sainsbury's gets full marks

Much has already been said and written about Sainsbury's which stands in the Millennium Store shadow of the Dome at Greenwich. It is a groundbreakmg building in many ways, not least because it has achieved a 'perfect' score on the environmental BREEAM rating system. what has been less well publicised is the m&e strategy that was needed to meet the ambitious arms of the supermarket giant to create a monument to sustainable construction.
