A LOGISTICS company has ended up in court after a stack of empty wooden pallets fell onto and killed an employee in a storage yard. Marcin Rogala was fatally injured while gathering and clearing away a heap of pallets from a stack that had collapsed earlier at Nuneaton-based Ralph Coleman International on a windy morning in November 2010.
