A TANNING booth blaze that revealed fire safety failings has led to the former owner and director of a health spa being handed a four-month suspended jail sentence and ?30,000 in costs. The offences emerged as London Fire Brigade officers inspected the Common Sense Natural Health Centre in Clapham after the fire in July 2010.
