An Aberdeenshire butcher has been fined ?60,000 after a Latvian national was killed when he plunged five metres through a fragile roof. Peterhead Sheriff Court was told that Nikolajs Naumovs and his nephew were on the roof on 21 August 2009 removing asbestos cement sheets as part of work by butchers Bruce of the Broch 1886 to convert the premises in Fraserburgh into flats.
