Within the last quarter of 2008 the Institute has made great strides in both internal and external developments. As such we have now set in motion various exciting projects for launch in June 2009. As we venture into the New Year, the Institute will be working on a brand-new IIRSM website. This website will replace the current site and will provide IIRSM members with an interactive platform where they will be able to update and change their account details and take ownership of their personal membership. In addition to the new website, the Institute will be investing in a bespoke membership database which will allow Customer Relationship Management (CRM), ensuring that the Institute is able to provide the best level of customer service and membership support to both UK and international IIRSM members. The new website will also provide functionality such as online booking for IIRSM events, search options within newsletter archives, professional development and an online Continuing Professional Development (CPD) scheme.
