Plastics firm fined 250000 pounds after death of machine operator

A Buckinghamshire company was fined 250000 pounds at Aylesbury Crown Court on 22nd March for three breaches of health and safety legislation following the death of a machine operator.The Health & Safety Executive prosecution followed the death of Ronald Leslie Glue, 61, of Aston Clinton, Buckinghamshire, whose head was crushed while he was setting a Hanwood vacuum-forming machine.
