CRONER-i Hazardous Substances is a subscription-based online service providing access to "all chemical legislation and best practice". It consists of three areas: a database of more than 100 000 hazardous substances; a topic-based "commentary"; and a library of legislation and publications. The database includes general information on each substance (such as physical properties and CAS number); classification and labelling details; exposure and health effects; environmental effects; and carriage, handling and emergency response information.
