Water quality

摘要

Despite its huge water resources, Russia is facing their qualitative depletion due to anthropogenic impact. The authors characterize water quality in terms of an ecological paradigm, specify the basic problems of studying water properties and methods of water quality assessment, and outline the strategic principles of reducing anthropogenic impact.
