I CAN RELATE to Alan's situation.When I finished my MBA at Harvard Business School in 2004,my possibilities seemed limitless.I,too,wanted to do something meaningful but didn't know what.I had experienced a rewarding career in software,having started two companies and taken one public before landing at HBS;but I wanted to expand my horizons.
