EPA Publishes Lists of Boutique Fuels

The U.S. EPA Thursday published two lists of boutique fuels in response to a Congressional directive to study the fuels and chart a future for specialized blends. EPA recommends that one list comprised of seven fuels is the more appropriate tallying of the number of distinct blends, and should serve as the basis for future discussions about boutique fuel programs.
