U.K. Refinery Enhances Murphy's Downstream; Meraux Restart a 'Milestone'

Murphy Oil is currently restarting the Meraux, La., refinery, and the process has been what one company executive called a "Herculean task." Despite the extended downtime at Meraux, Murphy's David Wood termed the downstream "pretty decent," thanks to rising gasoline sales in the U.S. and the strong performance of the U.K. refinery.
