NADA: California Waiver Makes Loopholes for Automakers

As U.S. President Barack Obama announced his desire for the U.S. EPA to review California's waiver application on tailpipe emissions (see related story, this issue), the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA) released its own report arguing why California and 13 other states shouldn't be allowed to regulate greenhouse gas emissions from motor vehicles.
