U.S. Retail Conventional Gasoline Goes Under $3/gal

For the week ending Feb. 11, the U.S. retail price for conventional gasoline went below $3/gal to $2.995/gal. It was the first time since Oct. 29 that the price was below $3/gal. The average U.S. retail price for reformulated gasoline in January was $3.15, 32% higher than the same period a year ago.
