Ukrainian Refinery Shut Down

TNK-BP's Lysychansk refinery has been shut down following a power failure and is expected to remain down through Aug. 26, Ukrainian News reported.All of the refinery's units were stopped following the power failure, which occurred after a power line at a Yuvileina substation was damaged, and the company has decided to keep the refinery shut down for planned maintenance.
