Marathon executives acknowledged that they are revisiting their plans to expand the Garyville, La., refinery in light of U.S. President George W. Bush's State of the Union address, which outlined a strategy to curb domestic gasoline use.The expansion is moving forward, however, with an eye on not only U.S. but also global demand.
